Titanium Plate and Sheet - Product Overview

Our titanium plates and sheets are manufactured to ASTM B265, AMS 4911 and ASME SB265 standards in commercially pure grades (Gr1 to Gr4) and alloyed grades including Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Gr7 and Gr12. Available in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 100 mm, widths up to 2,000 mm and lengths up to 6,000 mm, supplied in hot-rolled, cold-rolled or annealed condition.

Key Features

About 45 percent lighter than steel at comparable strength; outstanding resistance to seawater, chlorides and oxidizing acids; excellent fatigue strength and fracture toughness; good formability in the softer commercially pure grades.

Typical Applications

Aerospace skins and structural components; chemical and petrochemical pressure vessels, tanks and heat exchanger plates; marine and offshore equipment; medical implants and surgical instruments; power plant condensers, desalination plants, chlor-alkali cells and architectural cladding.
